How long does my order take to ship?

All of our candles are made to order to ensure the highest quality. Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be dispatched.

Once shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location, but most Australian orders arrive within 2-10 business days.

Do you offer international shipping? 

At the moment, we ship within Australia only.

We hope to offer international shipping in the future as we grow.

What is your return policy? 

Due to handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

However, if your order arrives damaged or there is an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will make it right.
